Terms of Service

Dim & Dimmer Electric provides licensed electrical contracting services to residential, commercial, and industrial clients in the Tampa Bay area. Services are subject to availability, scope assessment, and applicable permits.

All work is performed in accordance with Florida state electrical codes and local municipality requirements. A written quote or work order will be provided before work begins.

All quotes are based on information provided at the time of request. Final pricing may be adjusted if scope changes are identified upon inspection or during the job. Any changes to scope will be communicated and agreed upon before additional work proceeds.

Appointments are confirmed via phone or text. We ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to emergency callouts, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as possible if a reschedule is necessary.

Payment is due upon job completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Invoices not paid within 10 days of issue may be subject to a late fee.

For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work commences. Deposit terms will be outlined in the written quote.

Dim & Dimmer Electric is a fully licensed, bonded, and insured Florida Electrical Contractor. All work is performed to code and permitted where required by law.

It is the client's responsibility to ensure site access, appropriate permissions from property owners or HOAs, and any other approvals necessary for work to proceed on a given property.

We stand behind our work. Labor is warranted for 1 year from the date of completion under normal use conditions. Manufacturer warranties apply to all materials and equipment installed.

Warranties are void if work is altered, repaired, or interfered with by unlicensed parties after our completion.

Dim & Dimmer Electric's liability is limited to the value of the work performed. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or damage caused by circumstances outside our control including but not limited to flooding, fire, or third-party interference.

We carry full general liability insurance. Certificate of insurance available on request.
